Spring practice for the Kosciusko Whippet football team officially began on Tuesday.
The team spent the first day running drills and mostly working on offense.
The Whippets will culminate spring football season with a spring game against Cleveland Central on Saturday, May 11. That game will be played at Starkville High School.
The Whippets will open the 2019 football season on Thursday, August 22 against Yazoo County.
