A man from Milwaukee, WI was arrested in Kosciusko for burglary.
Kosciusko Police Department investigator Mark Hill said 23-year-old Jaylen Massey was arrested Tuesday, Aug. 1 for burglary and contempt of court.
That arrest was made on North Wells Street by Lt. Mac Burrell.
