September is Library Card Sign Up month at the Attala County Library!
If your child is five years old and finished with Kindergarten then come by the Attala County Library today to get their FIRST library card. It is quick, easy and FREE! All you need to bring is the child’s social security card and your child.
During the month of September, any child who gets their FIRST library card will receive a goody bag filled with pencils, bookmarks, stickers, toys and a coloring book that is all about your child’s new library card. Your child’s picture will also go on the library bulletin board in the children’s area.
A library card can open up a whole new world of possibilities for children, so head to the library today and let them join the “COOL CREW” at the Attala County Library.
A total of 83 new library cards issued in the September 2014, and the libary hopes to reach 100 news cards for this year.
