At 4:27 pm Attala Deputies, Carmack Volunteers along with Attala Fire responded to a report of a house fire on Attala Road 3102 off of Highway 440. Units were notified that the structure was completely involved. When emergency personnel arrived on scene the home was almost completely on the ground. The structure was a total loss. There has been no word as to the cause of the fire.
